Eric, some of the projects have started to use a Hugo <https://gohugo.io/> based solution that Chris Guindon has developed (https://github.com/EclipseFdn/hugo-solstice-theme <https://github.com/EclipseFdn/hugo-solstice-theme>). It fits nicely into the Eclipse Foundation website world.
