FSF *or* OSI approved. CDDL is OSI approved.
I don't think that the FSF even approves licenses, it classifies them.
CDDL is classified as a Free, weak copyleft, non-GPL compatible license.
CDDL is OSI-approved, and indeed, on the list of recommended licenses
produced by the OSI license (non)proliferation committee.
