I agree with bvk-chaitanya as well. This would be an acceptable
solution, if it's possible, showing that Sun indeed wants to play fair,
and that it really is a project under Community control.

I should add - I really believe Ian's intentions are good, but that what
he's proposing can not be well perceived.
