I don't quite follow that.. so, from your perspective it is fine if the OpenSolaris community has a bunch of source code named after the name of 'OpenSolaris', but it is wrong if *the same community* has a binary distribution with the same name. Is that it? I can't still see how you got Sun involved on that.
