One topic that I wanted to add to the branding discussion is
"How do we switch between different branding themes?"

This topic has been brought up as a very desirable
feature in the caiman-discuss alias regarding custom branding
for distributions that are created by the Distribution Constructor.

At this time, I don't know how many of the items mentioned
above can be changed via public interfaces.

Ideally, there will be an intuitive tool for people to define
what graphic/text they want to use in all the items mentioned above.
Then, these preferences can be applied to the different components.
