On the Tecra M2 it's an 5200 FX. So www.nvidia.com -> Downloads -> Download Drivers Product Type : GeForce (should be preselected) Product Series : GeForce 5FX Series Operating System : Solaris x86/x64 (should have been pre-detected for you) Language : English (US) (not sure if there is much choice actually) Then click [Search] Final download link is : http://us.download.nvidia.com/solaris/173.14.09/NVIDIA-Solaris-x86-173.14.09.run Note that this is version 173.14.09 (so an "old" driver). It works great... on the Tecra M2. If you pick the wrong driver (say GeForce 200 series) then you get version 177.13 which complains on the Tecra M2 (but probably works marvels on relevant chipsets).
