I need a bit more information. What build are you seeing this on? What it the output of "zfs list"? What is the error from beadm you're getting? What is the output of "beadm list"? What does "zfs list -o name,mountpoint <dataset for /opt>" show for the mountpoint of the dataset that should be getting mounted at /opt?
