i've downloaded it from 
http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/2.0.4/VirtualBox-2.0.4-38406-SunOS_amd64.tar.gz

which i think is a SVR4 package (pkgadd -G -d 
VirtualBoxKern-2.0.4-SunOS-r38406.pkg ...)
