Thanks.  But still have no idea what's going on.  While this may offer a good 
opportunity to practice various beadm commands, my advice is, again, don't do 
the update for now.

Also, because in the official release of os0811, /usr/sbin is not in the PATH 
of the "primary" user, pfexec is not functional by default.  What's the best 
way to change the default PATH for the primary user?
