Can someone please clarify the support policy for fixing severity one 
bugs under the OpenSolaris Production Subscription Support:

   http://www.sun.com/service/opensolaris/

A local sales person told us that with this level of support we would 
not receive fixes for even severity 1 problems, and we would need to 
wait for the next release in order to receive fixes.  We were told that 
"production" opensolaris support is in no way similar to Solaris 10 
support, and we should not expect anything like the same level of 
responsiveness.  Is this the really case, and if not, can someone please 
clarify what the real deal is here?
