Unfortunately the information on the web page is not detailed enough. Specifically, clicking on "OpenSolaris Error Escalation" in the table: http://www.sun.com/service/opensolaris/opensolaris.html says: "The ability to escalate bugs to engineering receive the fix in a future release" This seems to indicate that resolution will not be until the next release. I cannot find other language linked from http://www.sun.com/service/opensolaris/index.jsp which spells out anything more explicit.
