I apologize, that someone probably was me, I should have been more explicit. After graphical login problems with indiana build 105 and 106 (upgraded from 2008.11) in VirtualBox 2.1.2 and a failed live upgrade to build 107, which I though were caused by my own clumsyness, I did a fresh install of SXCE sol-nv-b107-x86-dvd.iso. It did boot, but suffered from conflicts between X and the VirtualBox guest additions for Solaris. That was finally fixed by installing VirtualBox 2.1.4. I guess my happyness made me confuse your OpenSolaris distribution with mine. I should have mentioned my exact circumstances in that posting. Again, my apologies. -- ( Kees Nuyt ) c[_] _______________________________________________ indiana-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://mail.opensolaris.org/mailman/listinfo/indiana-discuss
