I'm curious if there is anything more to the protocol(s) used by IPS other than simple HTTP. I ask, because our PacketShaper sees the traffic as EarthV-HTTP. Does IPS use any part of the EarthV protocol "suite", or is this merely an error in the PacketShaper signature?

It's just HTTP 1.1; nothing special.

However, the /filelist operation dynamically generates a tar stream and that might be fooling it.

Interesting... we have seen problems w/ certain ISPs (about whom
people commonly cast aspersions...) sending reset packets during
file operations... I wonder if there's a connection.
