Hi, I had to modify /usr/bin/compiz script on line 21.
From:
if [ "x$COMPIZ_VERBOSE" != "x" ];
To:
if [ "x$COMPIZ_VERBOSE" != "x" ]; then
Somehow "then" disappeared.
