Is it just picking on me ? No-one else seems to be having these
problems. This is on an Ultra 40:
System Configuration: Sun Microsystems Sun Ultra 40 M2 Workstation
BIOS Configuration: Phoenix Technologies Ltd. 1.20 04/24/2007
b107 had the US keyboard issue, with workaround, but became unusably
slow to respond at regular intervals.
b108 had this, plus after running `ssh -X machine xterm', the resulting
xterm died at the first keypress.
b109 I don't know yet: I couldn't get a network connection:
start_dhcp: unable to start /sbin/dhcpagent
Trussing `ifconfig nge0 dhcp' showed either write(<socket>) ... EPIPE or
read(<socket>) ECONNRESET.
Trussing dhcpagent revealed it logging:
dhcpagent: ... accept_event: accept on ipc socket: Invalid argument.
I'll go back in to 109 and hardwire an IP address, and see how it goes.
Cheers,
Rob
