I have seen this.  It seems to be caused by my modification of
/etc/inet/sock2path based on the workaround in
http://bugs.opensolaris.org/view_bug.do?bug_id=6799655.  If you have
applied this work around, try backing it out and rebooting.  It should fix
the problem that dhcp is complaining about.  I've notified Anders, the
responsible engineer for the bug.

Unfortunately, backing out the work around exposes the NTP bug 6796948.
According to the bug report, the NTP bug should be fixed in snv_110.
