Glynn, Add some more info on CUPS, printer support, and the new Nvidia 180.xx driver support for Nvidia Quadro 5800 video support.
I can also think of Codeina, multimedia codec support, and Compiz features. A few other things are out-of-the-box ATI Radeon 48xx support (which I've reported on xwin-discuss).
