The dtrace enhanced version of bootchart may be helpful. See http://alexeremin.blogspot.com/2009/01/boot-chart-with-help-of-dtrace-and.html for details. In order to get the python program found in the milax repo to work I needed to: 1) pkg install SUNWpython-imaging 2) fix the path to the fonts The bootchart from my system is available at http://cr.opensolaris.org/~mgerdts/bootchart/bootchart.png. There seems to be some odd time gaps (e.g. after wificonfig) and I don't see the gnome-terminal that I used after boot in the output. This could use a bit of investigation. All the relevant files I used are at http://cr.opensolaris.org/~mgerdts/bootchart/. -- Mike Gerdts http://mgerdts.blogspot.com/ _______________________________________________ indiana-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://mail.opensolaris.org/mailman/listinfo/indiana-discuss
