I'm running build 122, and my Toshiba Portege laptop doesn't ever come
down from the highest power state. There's nothing particularly
interesting going on on the system according to powertop and prstat, so
I'm guessing that there's a bug somewhere.

It also no longer suspends, whereas it did just fine in builds prior to
121. A "uadmin 3 20" or Suspend through the Gnome Shut Down menu just
blanks the screen and leaves the system running, with the fan ramping up
to full speed.

/etc/power.conf shows:

device-dependency-property removable-media /dev/fb
autopm default
autoS3 default
cpu-threshold 1s
# Auto-Shutdown Idle(min) Start/Finish(hh:mm) Behavior
autoshutdown 30 9:00 9:00 noshutdown
cpupm enable
