hello all,
i have a server with os2008.11 and many zones.
In a zone, i did an upgrade of ipkg, and launched a "pkg image-update".
But i'm wondering what is it upgrade because the preferred repo is "release":
r...@www2:/var/apache2/2.2/logs# pkg authority
PUBLISHER TYPE STATUS URI
opensolaris.org (preferred) origin online http://pkg.opensolaris.org/release/ blastwave origin online http://blastwave.network.com:10000/ contrib origin online http://pkg.opensolaris.org/contrib/ dev origin online http://pkg.opensolaris.org/dev/ pending origin online http://pkg.opensolaris.org/pending/ sunfreeware.com origin online http://pkg.sunfreeware.com:9000/

and:
r...@www2:/var/apache2/2.2/logs# pkg image-update
DOWNLOAD PKGS FILES XFER (MB)
SUNWPython 35/158 1721/20321 41.46/423.78^C

as you can see, i did a CTRL-C to interrupt the upgrade.
I'm just interested in upgrading webstack, not the other packages.

pkg image-update -v

...will tell you what changes are happening.

If you want to upgrade a specific package, type:

pkg install <package>

Cheers,
