That is really good news! Will there be an escape to the shell so it
can be used for  rescue? Since it is quite possible to install Open
Solaris from sxce (or Solaris 10), as said, IMO there's less need
for a new installer than for a rescue method.

There will be a way to boot the image without automatically
launching the installer. That way the image can serve as
a rescue disk.
