I have been to enough of these to know that everyone is going a mile a minute between clients, vendor dinners, etc. so meeting for an hour might be ideal. Get to know your neighbors Indiana Specific legislation to be aware of resources available to all of us Maybe a raffle. MidWest-IX is thinking of throwing in a gift certificate to somewhere local. No sales pitch involved. Just an incentive to get folks to come. Looking at the agenda on Wednesday the exhibit hall reception is over at 7:15. We could meet at 7:15 or 7:30 until 8:30. That would still give time for dinner. Or maybe earlier to still catch the vendor crowd? I am not opposed to meeting at 6:30-7:30. That would allow folks to still catch up with vendors at 7:30.
