I know everyone is busy so I am thinking an after dinner type of thing. We are in the process of trying to find an informal place to have a round table discussion. I have been to enough of these to know that everyone is going a mile a minute between clients, vendor dinners, etc. so meeting for an hour might be ideal. If the discussion goes longer you can stick around. I am thinking something like: Roundtable Introudction. Get to know your neighbors Indiana Specific legislation to be aware of resources available to all of us Maybe a raffle. MidWest-IX is thinking of throwing in a gift certificate to somewhere local. No sales pitch involved. Just an incentive to get folks to come. Looking at the agenda on Wednesday the exhibit hall reception is over at 7:15. We could meet at 7:15 or 7:30 until 8:30. That would still give time for dinner. Or maybe earlier to still catch the vendor crowd? I am not opposed to meeting at 6:30-7:30. That would allow folks to still catch up with vendors at 7:30.
