   Am afraid will have to pass on this one. Buchanania is from Anacardiaceae 
whereas Holoptelea is from Ulmaceae. Have eaten neither of these seeds. Maybe 
Satish could enlighten us further.

Thanks Neil for the clarification. Are the seeds of both similar or from same 
family ? 
During season we used to eat the seeds while at school. Perhaps we were using 
the wrong Hindi name.
