We had elaborate discussions in these matters.
What you suggested is no doubt is a very good scheme of things.
But nobody seems to be taking the lead in this matter.

What we have at efi sight is quite similar but in a slightly different
format which I find doable within my limited time & resources.
I prefer to move in smaller steps which are doable (though may be slightly
inferior) & for which we can enlist the support of our members.
