Dear friends ... there is another close species ... *Jacaranda obtusifolia*ssp.
*rhombifolia*
Not familiiar with this species though have photos of it here:

Ajinkya Gadave helped me with the ID at my flickr photostream.


Branches reaching for sky, (upright oriented) remind me of this *J.
obtusifolia* ssp. *rhombifolia*
Some clarity / discussion will help me.
