Ushadi And yes, this confusion of yours was with Pankaj ji also temporarily today. On this group we don't have a gender distinction. We select all simply on the basis of merit. If winner happens to be man we call him eFl man and if it happens to be a woman we give her title of eFl woman. This is application of English grammar and nothing else.
