This is Wrightia pubescens.

Please refer to Vijaysankar ji's observations above (corona longer than 
anthers) and the leaves are also pubescent but this characteristic is not 
well seen in these images.

Vijaysankar ji, we have W. pubescens in Mahaharashtra.
