I have the font, is there some automatic way to generate the mapping between the fonts glyphs and Unicode code points? If not, then having the font is useless, as is having a PDF. Please note, I don't want to *view* the document, I want to *convert* it to Unicode. Anyway, issues is resolved for me using the Winduhs tool. Too bad nothing equivalent available for Linux, but I guess time will create one of those too.
