Yes, this is next question.
As per proposed new/enhanced inscript standard we don't have a vacant
space on Normal Layout '$' key for INR symbol, $ is used for र् (u0930 +
u094d)
and same key is used for some other purpose in other languages as well
i.e Guj, Gurumukhi, Bengali, Kannada
 
We have a space on Extended layout at $ location, so i think presently
this best place we have in Enhanced Inscript for New INR symbol.
