Hi,

My name is Namita and I work as a Jr. Project Manager for a Project
called Spoken Tutorial. I have attached a document for you to know
more about this project.
To know more, please visit our website

To know more about the Processes of Spoken Tutorial project, Please
go through

The main feature of this project is that we create Spoken Tutorials on
FOSS and dub them into different Indian Languages to reach out to all
  the people in the country.
There are people contributing to this project from different parts of
the country and we are trying to standardise a process of having the
Indian scripts on our wiki page but the problem is, for eg. if a
Bengali script is uploaded on the wiki, part of it shows the Bengali
script but some of the content show circles and squares.
My main concern and question is, is there a way to have a standardised
settings for the=A0 fonts in Indian languages so that when uploaded on
wiki, it does not appear to be anything else other than the script it
  had been written in.

Your inputs will the very valuable since this project is on a pilot
basis right now and we are trying to have processes in place.

  Regards,
  Namita
