They do provide of some sort, OOo has full pootle instances, while KDE
doesnt really have much of interface apart from just giving statistics &
download of PO files.
Since 2002, A large volume of Hindi translations has aggregated, more than 1
lakh translated strings across all projects. Only maybe 10-20% of it is
reviewed through translation workshops/sprints conducted in past. Rest has
not really gone through any review, or even spellcheck. Main objective to
combine all translations in one place is to gain consistency and build on
the translations available as a memory to get new work done. This is one
long pending idea which has not yet seen light of day.

Now its not that we have to develop a new one from scratch, but find a way
to manage the volume of translations and keep consistency across
applications, now efforts like FUEL have targetted that, but still we have
not got to completely applying it across all Hindi translations.
