Patch to support pam password
not so nice done but it's the same way netatalk and samba do it
Tested under RH6.1
config
SystemAuth=yes
and pam present and a cvspserver file in /etc/pam.d
procedure to patch
cd cvs-1.10.8/
patch -p1 <patch_pam
auth required /lib/security/pam_pwdb.so shadow audit
account required /lib/security/pam_pwdb.so
