I tried posting this once, but it didn't seem to go through, so here
I go again...

I am having the problem with the CVS timestamps being off by several
hours. I did a search and read through many of the threads on this
subject, so I know that CVS stores the time in GMT (or UTC - by the
way, is UTC the European equivalent term for GMT?)

What I need to know is how to fix this so that the timestamp in the
CVS repository is the local time, not the GMT.

The file's timestamps in the OS are fine upon checkin and subsequent
checkout, but the time stored in the ,v file is several hours off.
How do I fix this? I would like the time stamps to be the same.

Thanks for any help that you can give me.
Noel
