Alright, nevermind, I'm an idiot :)
Found my problem. It couldn't find my CVSROOT.
I had set the CVSWEB-CONGIF environment variable... however, I forgot that I
needed to set it globally, so the apache server could see it too.
Doh!
So instead of restarting apache and all that, I just edited the line in
cvsweb.cgi that points to it, and put the correct dir in there. Wouldn't
you know it work perfectly now... w/out modifications :)
sometimes I un-amaze myself :P
