Dummy question: Would this be a bad result of your research if
they recognized how simple and easy to use RCS is? :>
I have a hard time to accept that any kind of UI (especially the
G ones) automatically are "better", "more productive" or even
"intuitive". The latest discussion on word processing methods is
a good example. As well as all the "intuitive" mail frontends
which are said to be easier to use while degrading the usability
for the poor recipients who get this hard to handle crap.
Looking easy doesn't always mean being easy ...
