I understand perfectly, and I apologize if it sounds like I didn't.  I'm
well aware of the Unix origins of this and all GNU software.  You have the
know-how and not the resources, I have the resources and not the know-how.
We just need to find someone with both. :)

For the record, CVS was originally developed on Unix.  It was eventually
ported to Windows and the code incorporated into the standard
distribution.  However, none of the people who did the original port are
currently involved in the project, and none of the CVS maintainers (to
my knowledge) regularly run Windows, so you can, perhaps, understand our
problem.
