I have no idea what that is supposed to mean. import generally makes the import available on the trunk except for files that have been locally modified. If there are any locally modified files, you need to do a merge to merge the vendor changes into the local changes on the trunk. Perhaps it would help if you explained exactly what it is that you're trying to do.
