I've decided to make the working assumption that binary downloads with a status of "Draft" are "Features" versions and that they aren't too buggy. (See my previous post.)
I tried to download cvs-1-12-11.zip from the win32 binary downloads. However, when I clicked on it to download it, I got "The page cannot be displayed" from IE6.
