Seen, and it sounds like the best choice on your part (see my response to

Hmmm... works OK for me. I'm using Mozilla, though. Could there be a
firewall or proxy issue? The link goes directly to a .zip file - have you
tried right-clicking on the file name and selecting the IE equivalent of
"Save link target as..."?
