CVS Branch Permissions

Hi!!    I need some help with CVS branches. Essentially you have 
a project with many branches. I want to set up things so that a user has write 
permissions to just one branch and read-only permissions for the other 
branches. How do I set this up??  Thank you in adavance for your help.
