Hi all!
I'm also seeing the "signaled to death by 11" that some others have
reported. Here's what I've done:
I installed everything from RPMs onto a RedHat Linux 7.0 box with the
SMP kernel. I patched and rebuilt the Cyrus package as earlier
mentioned by someone on the list so that I wouldn't get the problems
with the cyradm program that people were reporting.
The versions are:
db3-3.1.17-4.i386.rpm
cyrus-sasl-1.5.24-11.i386.rpm
cyrus-imapd-2.0.6-3.i386.rpm (patched!)
Has anyone noticed any pattern to this problem? Someone said they
solved their problem by patching db3, but my version is newer than
theirs. However, the behavior of the mailboxes does make me think that
perhaps the problem is a db3-related problem: users can access folders
that they create from their client, but not folders that are created by
cyradm. When they try to reach folders created in cyradm they are
signaled to death by 11.
Does anyone have ANY thoughts on this?
Many thanks (even if all you can offer is the fact you read this far)!
