AFAIK, the correct syntax would be:

deliver -m user.username.folder -u user

If using "deliver" locally (delivery via the local lmtp socket), all
connections will pe preauthenticated as "postman" and accepted by lmtpd.
So it is sufficient for the ordinary user to have "p" right.
