Hello Chris, Thanks for trying to help me out on this. This is what I did again.
Added: /usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.2/lib to ld.so.conf then ran ldconfig Tried to recompile with the following: export LDFLAGS="-L/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.2/lib"; ./configure --with-bdb=/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.2 --with-bdb-libdir=/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.2/lib --with-bdb-incdir=/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.2/inc --disable-krb4 I also went into a subdirectory from the source directory that has makedepend, compiled that and copied it to /usr/local/bin/makedepend Same thing. Nothing seems to work. What platform do other people run Cyrus IMAP on? I never had this many problems trying to to get something to work as this.
