Sounds familiar :) Once ago, I moved about a gross domains from
Cyrus 1.5 on HP-UX to Cyrus 2.2 on Linux, combining a lot of
seperate instances (one per domain) into just a couple of
installations.

Don't forget to reorganize the quota and user directories in
the configdirectory. It's mentioned in install-upgrade.
