I'm not using deliver but I quickly tested it and it works okay here. Just some ideas to look at: Do the cyrus logs provide some more information? Is your deliver_db corrupt? Any info in /var/lib/imap/rpm/db_import.log and /var/lib/imap/rpm/db_export.log? Does the server run fine except deliver? Does it work correct when doing delivery via LMTP? The problem could be in the cyrus code or in one of the additional patches, maybe you can try a build with AUTOCREATE disabled and test again.
