Doesn't do anything any more, I'm pretty sure.
In fact - just checked. It's still in the imapd.conf docs,
but it doesn't do anything. I'm going to delete that now.
Bron ( seen state is now in the cyrus.index for the mailbox
owner, and it gets flushed always for everyone else )
