Free online NCLB tool  http://www.microsoft.com/education/?ID=NCLBSolutions
You have many challenges. And at times, many of them seem insurmountable. To assist you in achieving the goals of the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB), Microsoft has created a free online tool to help districts identify areas of opportunities and available resources. Select a goal and then create your customized summary to see what solutions are available to help you address NCLB.
By using this tool, you can create a customized solution summary document that is specific to your district's needs. You will receive:
* Information regarding how specific technology solutions can address NCLB requirements
* Customized assessment of your district's current status in the areas of data warehousing, reporting, and analysis
* A customized summary report that you can share with Board and District personnel
* Funding resources and opportunities specific to your state

Would you like to offer Microsoft courses to your students?  There are two programs for Colleges and High Schools.  Here are details:
MSDNAA - Microsoft Developer Network Academic Alliance. What is the Microsoft Developers Network Academic Alliance?  MSDNAA is an annual membership program for technical departments in the area of Computer Science, Engineering, and Information Systems. As a member, a department receives an MSDNAA subscription that includes Microsoft platform, servers, and developer tools software. This software may be installed on any number of departmental lab machines. The software must be used for instructional and research purposes; it may not be used to run the infrastructure of the department. In addition, the department's faculty and students may check-out or download the software to install on their personal computers.
The program has two primary goals: 1) to make it easier and less expensive for you to obtain Microsoft developer tools, platforms, and servers for instructional and research purposes and 2) to build a community of instructors who can share curriculum and other learning resources to support the use of these technologies. In addition, we are very committed to helping departments make the most of their membership.
