We are using Imail from ipswitch.com. It is a webbased email system and it saves me having to setup anything on the local machines. In fact I have never setup outlook express on any computer. I have made them all use the web software. We are using Declude to check for spam and I know their is a virus program that runs with it also.
Another webbased system (I do think it is only for a windows server) is from http://software602.com/products/ls/.
