Most of the problems are at your end. Either not entering names and e-mail addresses correctly or there are wire wall problems at the schools. The main thing is to have schools inform their tech people that two portals will have to be open TCP portals 80 and 8112.
We are getting a new server and it should be operational by the end of next week. People can wait until the end of next week to enter data if they so desire.
